CANCELLATION POLICY

NO-SHOWS

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% the cost of the booked service(s).

LATE CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% the cost of the booked service(s).

LATE ARRIVALS

There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% the cost of the booked service(s).

IF YOU NO SHOW 2X YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO BOOK WITH ME.
